We’re looking for a talented creative thinker with a clear understanding of strategic foundations, and a passionate designer who has the ability and flair to craft compelling digital and experiential design solutions.
As the senior designer in Cambridge, you will play a key role in shaping how we present our work, grow our brand and champion our unique audience approach to elevate our client's internal, corporate and brand communications. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will own your projects, advancing high-level thinking and strategic vision to create visually compelling design solutions. You will be proactive, taking the lead and not waiting to be led. You'll seek innovations and push boundaries.
8+ years’ experience working in a creative agency or in-house
Meticulous attention to detail
Project leadership skills and experience
Strong communication skills to articulate concepts and lead other designers
Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography and illustration
Digital, Presentation, Motion, Video, Web, Experiential and Print
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
Good After Effects, Premiere, and Audition skills

We are looking for a great creative mind, and a graphic and digital genius to join our team based out of our Cambridge office.
On each individual project, you will work on a cross-disciplinary team, developing the design elements alongside other creatives both in-house and freelance.
You will be an integral part of the wider creative team serving our clients, designing their internal brand and corporate communications. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will develop high-level ideas into visually compelling graphics and digital communications. You will be proactive and innovative, elevating both our client work as well as developing the Audience brand.
Interrogate briefs, discuss needs, devise, craft, and explore inspiring creative ideas.
Design and deliver creative concepts and clearly present and articulate your design ideas to clients and other members of the design team.
Develop dynamic creative designs that realise the clients’ objectives.
Own the creative design and development of a design project end to end from concept visuals to final artwork, designing the look and feel across the full spectrum of creative needs and assets.
Collaborate with specialist partners to further develop more complex digital graphics, video and platforms.
Attend on-site events to ensure all design is ready.
Act with speed, creativity and precision to resolve any design problems the client might face both proactively and responsively. Juggle a wide variety of design tasks depending on a project’s needs.
Share your technical knowledge and offer support to the broader team of colleagues and partners, accommodating last-minute requests whilst juggling large and small-scale projects concurrently
Research, explore and learn new innovations, digital platforms, experiential ideas and master new technology and tools.
Collaborate and give direction to freelance designers, creatives and external partners.
