Job description

Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager's tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing an excellent understanding of the value of Audience services, and combining these with an awareness of the latest communication and meetings and events industry changes and best practices, and applying this knowledge to create meaningful change for our clients
  • Representing Audience and our values with clients, partners, and at an industry events
  • Working with the Senior Account Manager / Account Director to gain an understanding of the Audience strategic plan, and as an Account Manager, how to contribute to support company growth
  • Contributing to the account strategy and taking responsibility to ensure both account retention and growth
  • Building solid relationships, mutual trust and respect with clients
  • Building a deep understanding of clients, their organisation, internal audiences, and industry communication needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Leading proposal development and contributing to RFPs when required
  • Building and securing project scopes and appropriate project teams, with support from resourcing and production functions, based on knowledge of the client's requirements and Audience's expertise
  • Utilising knowledge of client needs, challenges and objectives, and Audience's services to provide strategic insight and appropriate direction to the internal project team, to ensure projects deliver on the client brief and achieve their objectives to the highest quality
  • Leading project teams, providing clear briefs, motivation, and focus. Using a hands-on management style, working closely with colleagues and partners to ensure they understand and proactively deliver on project briefs, that upholds the vitality of the agency/client relationship
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, acting as the day-to-day escalation point for queries. Managing client expectations and obtaining client approval if scopes evolve (up or down)
  • Ensuring project learnings are captured and carried forward to future projects.



Experience

  • Excellent client management experience, confident in building relationships and pitching new ideas to senior stakeholders
  • 4+ years successful communications and event management experience, ideally in Healthcare (Pharma, Biotech, Diagnostics)
  • 4+ years of business development experience, ideally with a focus on strategic communications and event planning
  • Excellent understanding of event marketing and audience engagement strategies. Ideally using integrated digital communications
  • The ability to assist clients in understanding and defining objectives from an audience perspective
  • Ability to build new networks and identify new business opportunities, both within current client organizations and also potential new clients
  • A can do attitude, with strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
  • Flexible, versatile, and copes well under pressure

Job description

Responsible for the development and management of key accounts. This includes full accountability for developing new sales leads, the delivery of services and profitability of the accounts, whilst also maintaining a high level of client and team satisfaction. 

  • Take responsibility for the retention and growth of client account(s) to reach annual revenue and margin targets
  • Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Make first contact with potential new clients and pitch Audience Communication and Events Pte Ltd services
  • Build strong relationships with key client contacts at a senior and strategic levels to learn about and anticipate their needs
  • Negotiate with clients on quotes proposed to secure the accounts

  • Excellent understanding of event marketing and audience engagement. Ideally using integrated communications involving digital and social media pre-event and on-site

Job description

Reporting to a Senior Producer, you will be working at the heart of the Production team, responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of client projects and the development of client materials for meetings, events, and internal comms. campaigns. The role responsibilities will provide the Project Content Manager with a variety of activities and a diverse day to day work schedule. You will be required to work across multiple projects and stages of a project lifecycle. All in all, this role is key to efficient team collaboration and successful project delivery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Working with clients and colleagues across multiple cultures and regional dynamics
  • Attending client meetings with the Account team to obtain a project brief, follow up on production items and approvals, collect customer feedback and update production status
  • Debrief and direct internal creative teams or external vendors as required, to obtain quotes and production schedule commitments, and then select and engage service providers
  • Coordinating the creation of content through all stakeholders and all production phases (strategy and conceptualisation, creative, production, technical development, deployment)
  • Ensuring materials are developed on schedule and within budget, and to the highest standard of quality
  • Attending presentation rehearsals, video shoots, recordings and live events in a supporting role, ready to assist with any last minute edits, problem solving or resourcing
  • Working closely with Executive Producers, Creative Directors, Account Directors and third party suppliers such as AV and staging companies to ensure customer programs are delivered flawlessly
  • Supporting multiple tasks, staying current on the status of all projects and having the ability to update and report on production status at any time, coordinating with all stakeholders to meet project milestones and delivery deadlines
  • Maintaining and continuously updating production schedules in conjunction with the account service team
  • Building professional relationships with vendors to ensure flawless execution and a “one agency” client experience
  • Keeping organised records of invoices to help track costs against quotes to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Developing rapport with clients to understand their needs and be able to provide solutions
  • Performing other duties and special projects, as assigned

  • Have managed and delivered omni-channel communications projects from end to end, with projects including elements of strategy, creative, content development, production and digital.
  • The ability to assist clients in understanding and defining objectives from an audience perspective.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to come up with solutions and overcome obstacles.
  • A can-do attitude, with strong collaboration and leadership skills.
