Have you ever heard of the Johari Window?
In this video, our Strategic Director, Dominic Kaye, shares what he’s learned through this useful psychological tool. Named after the psychologists who discovered it in the 1950s, this tool takes the form of a box split into four quadrants, otherwise known as windows. The vertical axis represents your own self, while the horizontal axis represents others. Each box carries a different significance which is a combination of the two.
Dominic carried out this exercise with his colleagues and shared what he learned in this video. The Johari Window is one of the few tools that encourages conversation in a respectful manner so you can learn more about yourself and how you interact. Try this tool out and let us know if you found it as useful as Dominic did!
